I immediately bought some dried leaves at the health food store, powdered them in my food processor, and capped them. I took 6 capsules two to three times a day for three weeks. I received relief from the symptoms within a day or two, and at the end of three weeks, I had no more hay fever. I haven't had an allergy symptom since then, and that was 14 years ago! Nettles cured my hay fever. When I tell people this, they find it hard to believe. But I still live in north Texas and I still own horses, and I haven't experienced an allergy or hay fever symptom in all these years. If you have allergies, please try nettles.
